version of [`@mastra/rag`](https://github.com/mastra-ai/mastra/blob/main/packages/rag/README.md) that only includes the recursive chunking strategy, for deployment of applications on edge devices, such as Cloudflare Workers.  \n\nTo install, run: \n\n```bash\nbun install @abhi-arya1/mastra-minirag\n```\n\n## What's Included\n\nThis package contains **only** the recursive chunking strategy from Mastra's RAG package. You can see the docs for that [here](https://mastra.ai/en/reference/rag/chunk).\n\nTo minimize package size, the following have been removed:\n\n- All other chunking strategies (character, token, markdown, html, json, latex, sentence, semantic-markdown)\n- Metadata extractors (title, summary, questions, keywords)\n- Reranking functionality\n- GraphRAG\n- Tools and utilities\n- Heavy dependencies: `js-tiktoken`, `node-html-better-parser`, `big.js`, `zeroentropy`\n\nAll recursive chunking options from the docs are supported.\n\nThis project is licensed under the Apache License 2.0, same as the original project.
