shared by feed adapters,\nscanner adapters, persistence layers, remediation workers, and host applications. Assets,\ncomponents, advisories, scanner observations, managed findings, VEX decisions,\nrisk assessments, remediation plans, and execution evidence all carry an\nexplicit contract version.\n\nIt deliberately preserves distribution package versions and vendor security\nstatus.
