The workflow is:\n\n### For Maintainers\n\n1. **Edit the config**: Modify `design-tokens.config.ts` in the package root\n2. **Build**: Run `pnpm build` to:\n   - Build the library (CLI + API)\n   - Generate internal tokens to `output/`\n3. **Commit**: The generated `output/` files are committed to the repo\n\n### For Consumers (Other Monorepo Packages)\n\nImport the pre-generated tokens directly:\n\n```typescript\nimport { DarkThemeTokens, LightThemeTokens } from '@adddog/design-tokens';\n// or\nimport '@adddog/design-tokens/light.css';\nimport '@adddog/design-tokens/dark.css';\n```\n\nThe internal build uses the same library API as external consumers, so everything stays in sync!\n\n## TypeScript Support\n\nThe package includes full TypeScript definitions.
