Run `claude-harness uninstall` to remove installed layers. Your original settings backup is preserved.\n\n**Where are credentials stored?**\nCredentials are never written to config files. MCP servers are configured to read from environment variables. See the MCP layer templates for the expected variable names.\n\n**Can I install only specific layers?**\nYes. Use `--layers=hooks,rules` to install a subset.
