Android skill package for agentic engineering workflows.\n\n## Purpose\n\nThis repository is an open-source decision engine for high-impact Android engineering work:\n\n- Architecture and modularization\n- Compose UI state and design systems\n- Gradle/build and CI strategy\n- Testing strategy and confidence planning\n- Performance, security, debugging, and release readiness\n\nThe package is built for multi-skill composition and deterministic conflict resolution.\n\n## Install with npx\n\nInstall a local copy with:\n\n```bash\nnpx @adrigm06/android-engineering-skill\n```\n\nBy Model\n\nThe system uses four layers to keep policy stable and domain logic focused:\n\n1. `SKILL.md`: master entrypoint and routing\n2. `AGENTS.md`: runtime constraints and conflict arbitration\n3. `skills/*/SKILL.md`: domain logic and decision branching\n4. `assets/`, `references/`, `templates/`, `examples/`: reusable support artifacts\n\n## Cross-Skill Authority\n\nDomain conflicts are
