It opens the Aether Wealth OAuth flow in your\nbrowser; after you approve access, the CLI stores an access token in the\noperating-system keychain where available, with a protected `0600` file\nfallback (`AETHER_CLI_CREDENTIALS_FILE` forces the file store, useful on\nheadless Linux without a secret service).\n\n```bash\naether-wealth login     # sign in with your browser\naether-wealth whoami    # show who you are signed in as\naether-wealth logout    # clear the local credential on this device\n```\n\nNormal commands run as your OAuth session. `market watch` is the sole separate\npath: it reads `AETHER_API_KEY` from the current process, and never accepts or\nstores that secret through argv, `login`, or the config file.\n\n### CI / Non-Interactive Use\n\nSet `AETHER_ACCESS_TOKEN` to a pre-minted OAuth access token to skip the\nbrowser flow entirely. It is read fresh per request and never written to\ndisk or to the config file. Destructive commands (`trades delete`,\n`accounts delete`, `alerts delete`) still require `--yes`/`-y` to run\nnon-interactively.\n\n### Where It Points\n\nThe CLI talks to production Aether Wealth (`https://api.aetherwealth.ai`) by\ndefault. Point it elsewhere with `AETHER_BASE_URL` (for example\n`http://localhost:9006` for local development against a running\n`aether-backend`).\n\n### Environment Variables\n\n| Variable | Purpose |\n| --- | --- |\n| `AETHER_BASE_URL` | Backend base URL. Live watch's user API key is process-only and needs\n  `market:read`; the CLI never writes it to config or credential storage.\n- Tokens live in the OS keychain (or a `0600` file) and can be cleared with\n  `logout`.\n- Destructive commands (`trades delete`, `accounts delete`, `alerts delete`)\n  prompt for confirmation; pass `--yes`/`-y` to run them in scripts. In a\n  non-interactive shell without `--yes`, they refuse to run rather than\n  guess.\n- Normal commands use typed tRPC over HTTPS. Live watch uses the SDK's\n  ticketed aether-backend WebSocket; the API key never enters the socket URL.\n- Live watch is fixed to `1m`, accepts at most 25 symbols, and reports the\n  latest observed price rather than an executable bid/ask quote.\n- Live watch keeps running across network failures, backend 5xx responses,\n  rate limits (honoring `Retry-After`), and planned ticket reauthentication.\n  Invalid credentials and whole-stream policy failures print the error and\n  exit with code `1`. A rejection scoped to one symbol is printed while the\n  watch continues for unaffected symbols; retryable gateway errors reconnect.\n- Backend rate limits and cost-sensitive-indicator gates apply the same way\n  they do for the dashboard and the MCP server.
