It records action/workflow names and safe static attributes, but does not include `userId`, `workflowId`, or `stepId` unless you explicitly opt in.\n\n```ts\nconst runner = instrumentRunner(createRunner(), {\n  includeUserId: true,\n  includeWorkflowId: true,\n  includeStepId: true,\n  attributeMapper: ({ attributes }) => ({\n    ...attributes,\n    deployment: 'local-dev',\n  }),\n});\n```\n\nThe wrapper records:\n\n- spans: `agent_action.execute`, `agent_workflow.execute`\n- counters: `agent_action_started_total`, `agent_action_succeeded_total`, `agent_action_failed_total`, `agent_workflow_started_total`, `agent_workflow_succeeded_total`, `agent_workflow_failed_total`\n- histogram: `agent_action_duration_ms`\n\nAction input and output payloads are not written to telemetry attributes.\n\n`executeWorkflow()` currently creates a workflow-level span only.
