Drop into Claude\nDesktop, Cursor, Continue.dev, or any MCP client.\n\nThe bridge holds a Solana keypair, signs each x402 payment payload, and\nsettles via a facilitator on the agent's behalf. The MCP client sees normal\nMCP tools — it never touches the payment plumbing.\n\n## Why this exists\n\n`@agenticpay/mcp-server` is the **resource server** (the place that wants to\nget paid). `@agenticpay/mcp-bridge` is the **client adapter** that makes\nthose paid endpoints appear as native MCP tools to AI clients that already\nspeak MCP.\n\nUse case: you want Claude Desktop to be able to call paid APIs without\nmanaging wallets or signing payments yourself. The agenticpay tools (e.g. `reverse_string`) appear\nin the conversation. Claude calls them; the bridge pays, settles, returns\nthe result.\n\n## Spend caps\n\nThe bridge signs payments autonomously, so cap what it may spend. Devnet:\n- SOL: https://faucet.solana.com\n- USDC: https://faucet.circle.com (Solana Devnet)\n\nThe facilitator (e.g. our hosted devnet endpoint) covers SOL gas — the\nbridge wallet only needs USDC.\n\n## Status\n\nPre-alpha.
