It combines four bounded inputs:\n\n1. AgentTool's exact advisory Dark Continent projection.\n2. The KARMA knowledge-graph design, pinned to arXiv `2502.06472v2` and an\n   immutable upstream implementation revision.\n3. Caller-supplied Hugging Face evidence: immutable commit/file hashes plus a\n   declared license and visibility snapshot.\n4. A proposed KINGDOM graph delta plus proposal-bound consequence and review\n   events appended by the package helper.\n\nKARMA is an `inspired_by` design source here, not a claimed compatible\nimplementation. The currently observed Hugging Face paper cache is stale v1\nmetadata with no linked Hub artifacts; arXiv v2 is authoritative for the\ndesign pin. A local-only HF export profile describes a future synthetic\nDataset Card, JSONL proposal/event rows, and read-only static viewer.\n\nThe adapter does not use the network, read environment variables or files,\nwrite anything, execute a model, mutate KINGDOM, publish to Hugging Face,\nverify a Dark Continent wall, infer identity, or authorize the Crown. It has no\nscore/rank/XP/trust values or mechanisms, `sameAs`, permission, trade,\npublication, or execution path. Zero/false effect and authority fields are\nexplicit denial boundaries, not participant metrics.\n\n## Example\n\n```js\nimport {\n  appendConsequence,\n  appendReview,\n  createProposal,\n  hfFileEvidenceRef,\n  hfSubjectNodeId,\n  prettyJsonBytes,\n} from \"@agenttool/dark-continent-karma\";\n\n// Deliberately synthetic: this is not asserted to exist on the Hub.\nconst hfSubject = {\n  repo_id: \"example/synthetic-model\",\n  repo_type: \"model\",\n  revision: \"0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef01234567\",\n  visibility: \"public\",\n  license: \"apache-2.0\",\n  files: [{ path: \"config.json\", sha256: \"a\".repeat(64) }],\n};\nconst subject = { kind: \"hf-resource\", ...hfSubject };\nconst subjectId = hfSubjectNodeId(subject);\n\nlet proposal = createProposal({\n  proposalId: \"kingdom:hf:synthetic-model\",\n  consumer: { kind: \"kingdom-extension\", id: \"hf-kingdom-lab\" },\n  hfSubject,\n  baseGraph: {\n    graph_id: \"kingdom:graph\",\n    sha256: \"b\".repeat(64),\n  },\n  nodes: [\n    {\n      operation_id: \"op:subject\",\n      id: subjectId,\n      kind: \"hf_model\",\n      label: hfSubject.repo_id,\n      label_class: \"synthetic_metadata\",\n      evidence_refs: [hfFileEvidenceRef(subject, hfSubject.files[0])],\n    },\n  ],\n  edges: [],\n});\n\nproposal = appendConsequence(proposal, {\n  event_id: \"event:consequence:1\",\n  subject_operation_id: \"op:subject\",\n  consequence: \"adds_candidate\",\n  epistemic_status: \"declared\",\n  note_sha256: \"c\".repeat(64),\n  evidence_refs: proposal.graph_delta.nodes[0].evidence_refs,\n});\n\nproposal = appendReview(proposal, {\n  event_id: \"event:review:2\",\n  subject_operation_id: \"op:subject\",\n  reviewer_ref: \"reviewer:declared-local-example\",\n  lens: \"provenance\",\n  verdict: \"deferred\",\n  note_sha256: \"d\".repeat(64),\n  evidence_refs: proposal.graph_delta.nodes[0].evidence_refs,\n});\n\nconsole.log(prettyJsonBytes(proposal));\n```\n\nReview records describe review; they do not make a claim true or grant\nauthority. Only the note digest is stored, so the proposal does not quietly\ncollect raw review prose. A new record extends one event hash chain; existing\nrecords are never rewritten by the append helpers. This provides deterministic\ntamper evidence only when an earlier chain head is retained elsewhere. The\nchain is unsigned, can be fully rebuilt by an artifact controller, and does not\nprovide Crown-style authorship, persistent immutability, or authenticity.\n\n## Hugging Face route\n\nThe planning profile is available as\n`@agenttool/dark-continent-karma/hf-export-profile`. It specifies local files\nfor future proposals, events, a Dataset Card, and a hash manifest. It is not an\nexporter or sanitizer: those files remain marked `planned`, and its publication\nstate is deliberately false.\n\nCore proposals accept only single-line classified metadata labels and\ncontent-addressed `sha256:` or commit-pinned `hf://...#sha256=...` evidence\nreferences. They can still describe private/gated repositories and\n`local_metadata`; therefore proposal validation is not export approval. A\nfuture export gate must allow only reviewed public/synthetic metadata, reject\n`local_metadata`, and receive an independent privacy review. A digest is not\nanonymization or proof of authorship.\n\nA future Space should begin as a static, read-only conflict/provenance viewer.\nIf an MCP Space is separately reviewed and authorized, the only proposed tools\nare read operations: `list_proposals`, `show_provenance`, and\n`compare_conflicts`. Merge, publish, award, authorize, and coronate remain\nforbidden surfaces.\n\nThe full mechanism and the separate KINGDOM/Artbitrage application route are\ndocumented in [`docs/INTEGRATION.md`](docs/INTEGRATION.md).\n\n## Local verification\n\n```sh\nnpm ci --ignore-scripts\nnode --test tests/*.test.mjs\nnpm pack --dry-run --ignore-scripts\n```\n\nThe developer preview is Apache-2.0 and public. Publication is still a\nseparate, protected repository workflow; importing the package never uploads,\ndeploys, or authorizes a proposal.\n","readmeFilename":"README.md","_rev":"1-ba3bc312c6415a34b011a735bb55a85d"}
