The atlas keeps\npublisher declarations, provider observations, and our integration proposals\nseparate. Its rows are research leads, not installed capabilities.\n\n`@agenttool/deepseek-kingdom` owns exact official-source bindings and emits\nreview-required `proposed_unaccepted` KINGDOM candidates. Witness Lab owns the\nseparate admission vocabulary around those or other artifacts: passports,\nmutable-route disclosures, digest-only dossiers, and inert trial descriptors.\nThe packages compose through exact IDs and digests; neither package accepts a\nproposal, authenticates the other, or grants execution authority.\n\n## Boundary\n\nThis package does not browse, download, execute, infer, call a provider, read a\ncredential, accept repository terms, write a file, publish a record, determine\ntruth, or authorize action. Caller-supplied digests and descriptors are checked\nfor shape and deterministic binding, not revalidated against Browser,\nRhetorLint, Trials, Collab, Hugging Face, GitHub, or a human reviewer.\n\nPublishing this library to npm distributes only its deterministic local code,\nclosed schemas, and dated metadata atlas. It does not turn the package into a\nhosted witness, authenticate any observation, register a KINGDOM capability,\nor widen any permission or authority boundary.\n\nGeneral identifiers and descriptors are colon- and path-separator-free.\nArtifact IDs admit only provider-specific `namespace/name` or versionless arXiv\nshapes; evidence refs admit a closed prefix plus a colon-free bounded suffix.\nThese fields are never interpreted as filesystem or network locators. This is\na syntax wall, not secret detection: a caller could deliberately encode\nsensitive material into an otherwise valid token and remains responsible for\nnever supplying secrets.\n\nRoute bindings require opaque disclosure evidence whenever they claim an\nexternal provider-policy or contractual retention/training basis. The record\nstill reports caller input; it does not authenticate the cited policy or\ncontract.\n\n`Witness Lab` is deliberately not named `Embassy`: in KIN, `proxy_kind=embassy`\nis an identity/representation concept whose statements may bind a represented\nsubject. This package represents nobody and grants no delegation or authority.\n\n## Example\n\n```ts\nimport {\n  createDeepSeekPassport,\n  createWitnessDossier,\n} from \"@agenttool/kingdom-witness-lab\";\n\nconst passport = createDeepSeekPassport(\n  \"deepseek-v4-flash-0731\",\n  \"2026-08-01T12:00:00.000Z\",\n);\n\nconst dossier = createWitnessDossier({\n  passport_id: passport.passport_id,\n  question_sha256: `sha256:${\"a\".repeat(64)}`,\n  observed_at: \"2026-08-01T12:05:00.000Z\",\n  witnesses: [],\n  human_review: {\n    status: \"not_requested\",\n    evidence_refs: [],\n  },\n  evidence_refs: [],\n});\n```\n\nThe empty dossier says only that no directional observation was supplied. It\ndoes not say the artifact is true, false, safe, suitable, or authorized.\n\n`createDeepSeekPassport()` accepts only a caller-recorded timestamp on the\natlas's own observation date. It cannot relabel the dated metadata as a later\nobservation; a later refresh must produce a newly dated, content-bound atlas.\n","readmeFilename":"README.md","_rev":"1-c6f31fd85aaf19e8e4d307872c902980"}
