It is an npm-distributed persona pack: `agentworkforce install` reads the\npackage metadata below and copies JSON files from `personas/` into the current\nproject.\n\n```json\n{\n  \"agentworkforce\": {\n    \"personas\": \"personas\"\n  }\n}\n```\n\n`persona-maker` is not part of this pack. It remains available from the\ninternal built-in distribution, so `agentworkforce create` does not require\ninstalling `@agentworkforce/personas-core`.\n\n## Install All\n\nInstall every persona into the current project:\n\n```sh\nagentworkforce install @agentworkforce/personas-core\n```\n\nFrom a checkout of this repo, install the local package directly:\n\n```sh\nagentworkforce install ./packages/personas-core\n```\n\nThe command copies files into:\n\n```text\n./.agentworkforce/workforce/personas/\n```\n\nInstalled files are project-owned. Commit and edit them like any other local\npersona JSON.\n\n## Install One Persona\n\nUse `--persona <id>` to copy only selected personas:\n\n```sh\nagentworkforce install @agentworkforce/personas-core --persona code-reviewer\nagentworkforce install @agentworkforce/personas-core --persona frontend-implementer --persona verifier\n```\n\n## Version Pinning\n\nPersona packs use normal npm package resolution.
