It downloads the app\nfrom GitHub Releases on first run, caches it, and launches it against a project\nyou pick. The heavy binary never lives in git or npm — only here as a ~200 KB\nlauncher that fetches it on demand.\n\n> Works on **Windows** and on **64-bit Linux** (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Arch and others). Requires Node 18+.\n> On Linux you can also skip Node entirely: `curl -fsSL https://github.com/AgileCrafts/agent-os-dashboard-dist/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sh`\n\n## Run it\n\n```bash\nnpx @agilecrafts/agent-os-dashboard\n```\n\nFirst run downloads the app (~60–75 MB) into `~/.agent-os-dashboard/`, checks it\nagainst GitHub's published fingerprint, then opens it. The in-app picker asks for your **project root** — pick the folder of a\nproject built with the Agent OS (it has a `documents/progress.md`). The\ndashboard opens as its own app window (no browser tab) governing that project.\n\nLater runs use the cache and start instantly.\n\n### Options\n\n```bash\nnpx @agilecrafts/agent-os-dashboard ~/projects/shop       # open this folder (Windows: \"C:\\path\\to\\project\")\nnpx @agilecrafts/agent-os-dashboard --update               # re-download the latest app\n```\n\n## What you get\n\n- **Radar Board** — live task board from `documents/progress.md`.\n- **Agent Cockpit** — up to 3 real Claude/Codex CLI sessions, side by side.\n- **Floating Chat dock** — talk to Claude with in-chat approve/deny and a\n  permission-mode selector; switch to a raw Terminal in the same window.\n- **Code Tracker** — file tree + side-by-side diff of what the agent changed.\n- **HITL-0 banner** — approve/revoke the gate that unlocks `src/`.\n\n## Notes\n\n- The app binds to `127.0.0.1` only and requires a per-project token — nothing is\n  exposed to the network.\n- No Edge/Chrome?
