Unlike the default scan flow, `--graph` does not write `.agolvia/` files.\n\nThe explicit ontology for that payload lives in `src/graph/ontology.ts`, including the closed node and edge enums plus the documented fields expected on each node and edge type.\n\n## Wiki\n\n```bash\nnpx @agolvia/repo-mapper --wiki\n```\n\nThis creates `.agolvia/wiki/` with an index, an overview article, and additional domain articles when relevant.
