Test that the server starts:**\n\n```bash\nAIVORA_API_KEY=ak_test AIVORA_API_URL=https://staging-api.getaivora.co npx @aivora/mcp-server\n```\n\nIf it hangs with no output, it's working (waiting for stdio input). Press `Ctrl+C` to exit.\n\nIf it prints an error like `AIVORA_API_KEY environment variable is required`, your env vars aren't being passed correctly.\n\n**2. `aivora-mcp: command not found` after global install**\n\nYour npm global bin directory may not be in your PATH. Use `npx` instead:\n\n```bash\nclaude mcp remove aivora\nclaude mcp add aivora \\\n  -e AIVORA_API_KEY=ak_your_key \\\n  -e AIVORA_API_URL=https://staging-api.getaivora.co \\\n  -- npx @aivora/mcp-server\n```\n\n**3. Server connects but tools return errors**\n\n- Verify your API key is valid: go to Aivora → Settings → API Keys and check it's active\n- Verify the API URL is correct (`https://staging-api.getaivora.co`)\n- Check that your Aivora account has an active subscription\n\n**4. `npm ERR! 404 Not Found` when installing**\n\nClear the npm cache and retry:\n\n```bash\nnpm cache clean --force\nnpm install -g @aivora/mcp-server\n```\n\n**5.
