\n\n`contextkit` installs shared AI workflow context, skill guides, and agent-specific entrypoints into a project.\n\nIt is designed to feel like a polished terminal product:\n\n- a branded `contextkit init` banner\n- an interactive Clack flow for IDE and install scope\n- per-conflict resolution with diff preview and merge support for the `AGENTS.md` skill inventory\n- safe reruns with manifest tracking and overwrite-all support via `--force`\n\n## Install and Launch\n\nRun the command once and let the CLI guide you:\n\nIf you are in a terminal, `contextkit init` will ask which IDE you use and what install scope you want.\n\n## What It Sets Up\n\nBy default, `init` writes:\n\n- `AGENTS.md` at the project root\n- base context docs such as `context/agent-context.md`, `context/ai-workflow-rules.md`, `context/architecture.md`, `context/code-standards.md`, `context/progress-tracker.md`, `context/project-overview.md`, and `context/ui-context.md`\n- `.contextkit/manifest.json`\n- shared skill guides in `.contextkit/skills/`\n- agent-specific guidance for the selected agent targets\n- the installed skill inventory inside `AGENTS.md`\n\n## Install Modes\n\n- `--core` installs the core skill bundle: `scope`, `architect`, `develop`, `test`\n- `--scope full` installs the full base context pack into `context/`\n- `--scope custom --skills scope,debug` installs a custom selection\n- `--scope all` installs the full base context pack and every supported skill into `context/`\n- `--agents codex,claude,cursor` writes agent-specific entrypoints\n- `--ide codex` selects the IDE or agent profile to write\n- `--all` installs every supported skill and agent target\n- `--force` overwrites conflicting files\n- `--dry-run` shows what would change without writing anything\n\n## What the Interactive Flow Feels Like\n\n1.
