reports through a read-only HTTP API.\n- Supports local browser file upload through the UI.\n- Shows records, timeline, decisions, conflicts, memory references, diffs,\n  evidence, editorial review candidates, approve-with-edit commands,\n  replacement signals, editorial compass pressure with ignored control-memory\n  counts, editorial style-guide rules, style issues, audit suggestions,\n
