Quotes inside values are escaped as \"\"\n\nExample:\n```json\n{\n\"a\": \"1\",\n\"b\": \"2\"\n}\n```\n\n```\n\"a\";\"1\"\n\"b\";\"2\"\n```\n2) CSV key;value lines -> JSON object\n- Input: CSV with exactly two columns in every row\n- No header row\n- Output: one JSON object, keys from column 1, values from column 2\n- Quotes are handled. \"\" becomes \" in
