It is _not_ intended for use in production-grade software.**\n\nThis project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs. \n\n## Usage\n\n**Install it:**\n\n`npm install @alexbroughton/lotide`\n\n**Require it:**\n\n`const _ = require('@alexbroughton/lotide');`\n\n**Call it:**\n\n`const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]`\n\n## Documentation\n\nThe following functions are currently implemented:\n\n  * `head()`: returns the first element of an array.\n  * `tail()`: returns the tail of an array.\n  * `middle()`: returns the middle of an array.\n  * `assertArraysEqual()`: an assertion to test if two arrays are equal.\n  * `assertEqual()`: an assertion to test if two values are equal in value and type.\n  * `assertObjectsEqual()`: an assertion to test if two objects are equal.\n  * `countLetters()`: returns the number of letters in a string. \n  * `countOnly()`: returns an object of all items in a given array.\n  * `eqArrays()`: a test to see if two arrays are equal.\n  * `eqObjects()`: a test to see if two objects are equal.\n  * `findKey()`: finds a key in an object given a string.\n  * `findKeyByValue()`: finds the first key in an object given a value. \n  * `letterPositions()`: returns the positions of all letters in a given string.\n  * `map()`: applies a call back function to a given array and returns the result.\n  * `takeUntil()`: returns an array of elements until a specified value for a given array.\n  * `without()`: returns an array of elements that have been removed from a given array using a secondary array.\n","readmeFilename":"README.md"}
