Install the plugin or copy `skills/` into a host skills directory.\n2. Run **onboard-bearing**. It asks one setting at a time, never selects or\n   writes a value without an explicit instruction, and preserves every\n   unaddressed existing value.\n3. Configure named role and session routes, fallbacks, development strategy\n   (`single_implementer` or `tdd`), planning review, assurance cadence,\n   concurrency, the planning-to-implementation clean-session boolean, holds,\n   and optional Reverify. Enabling Coordinator adds value only when a wave has\n   two or more proven-independent packets, shared wave evidence to integrate\n   once, or aggregate repair ownership; an explicit disabled choice is allowed,\n   and disabling Coordinator on a true direct packet is not a capability gap.\n   No value is preselected.\n4. If you decline Reverify or decline its download, onboard-bearing persists\n   `reverify.enabled: false` for that named profile and does not ask again\n   during ordinary Lifecycles. Reverify is an optional third-party backend.\n   Bearing Lite does not bundle, download, or install it, and never invokes\n   it; the adapter only judges receipts a caller produces.\n5.
