Bundles](http://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/fhir/extras.html) to [blue button model](https://github.com/amida-tech/blue-button).\n\nCurrently the following resources are supported in Bundles\n* Patient\n * No consistency is checked between the Patient resource and patient references in other objects.\n* Allergy Intolerance\n * Adverse Reaction and Substance resources that are externally referenced from any Allergy Intolerance resource are assumed to be in the Bundle.\n* Condition\n* Medication Administration\n * Medication and Medication Prescription resources that are externally referenced from any Medication Administration resource are assumed to be in the Bundle. \n* Medication Prescription\n * Medication resources that are externally referenced from any Medication Prescription resource are assumed to be in the Bundle.\n* Medication Statement \n* Observation\n * Observation resources are assumed to have an `extension.valueCoding` field that defines the LOINC description of the type of the resource. Vitals (code - 8716-3) and Results (code - 11502-2) are supported.\n\n## Usage\n\nRequire blue-button-fhir module\n``` javascript\nvar bbfhir = require(\"@amida-tech/blue-button-fhir\");\n```\nand translate a FHIR Resource Bundle \n``` javascript\nvar model = bbfhir.toModel(input);\n```\nDemographics,  allergies, vitals, results, medications and problems sections of blue button data are filled. \n``` javascript\nconsole.log(model.data.demographics);\nconsole.log(model.data.allergies);\nconsole.log(model.data.vitals);\nconsole.log(model.data.results);\nconsole.log(model.data.medications);\nconsole.log(model.data.problems);\n```\n## Configuration\n\nThe only configurable item in this project is logging which can be configured in `lib/logger.js`.
