Each module has one SLT. The skills help you draft them well, assess their quality, and evaluate whether an agent can coach a learner through them.\n\n### Fist to Five\n\nA confidence rating (0-5) adapted from Marzano's classroom technique. An agent emits a Fist to Five rating against each SLT based on four dimensions: conceptual explanation, code demonstration, learner assessment, and knowledge currency. Level 5 means the skill can produce work, explain it, catch errors, and evaluate submissions.\n\n### The Skill Is the Student\n\nIn the classroom, teachers ask \"can this student do these things?\". Coach asks: \"given the context, can these agents do these things?\"\n\n### Lesson Types\n\n1. **Product Demo** - SLT + screenshots → visual walkthrough\n2. **Developer Documentation** - SLT + code + docs link → technical lesson\n3. **How To Guide** - SLT + optional materials → step-by-step procedure\n4. **Organization Onboarding** - SLT + org context → setup guidance\n5. **Exploration** - SLT + framing questions → big ideas, thought leadership, worldview challenges\n\n## Usage Example\n\nClone coach, open your agent, and run `start`. Pick \"Beginner\" and say you want to teach people how to build CLI tools in Go.\n\nCoach interviews you about your audience and goals, then drafts learning targets like:\n\n> \"I can parse command-line flags using the `flag` package by writing a CLI that accepts at least two named arguments.\"\n\nYou pick the ones that fit, refine the wording together, and coach classifies each into a lesson type (walkthrough, documentation, hands-on guide). From there, the workflow builds lessons, compiles them, and extracts patterns into `knowledge/` so the next course starts smarter.\n\nYour work-in-progress lives in `courses-in-progress/`, and compiled output goes to `compiled/`. These are generic and platform-agnostic.\n\n### Making It Yours\n\nWhen you run `/compound` after building a course, your patterns are added on top of the seed data.
