It holds requests from the MCP server and delivers them to the browser.\r\n- **`index.js`** — The MCP server your IDE launches. It exposes the `ask_claude` tool and talks to the relay via HTTP.\r\n- **Browser tab** — You open `http://localhost:8081` in your browser.
