Running `ariadne init` again updates existing projects without duplicating entries.\n\nFor Codex, set `agent.command` to read Ariadne's stdin prompt explicitly:\n\n```yaml\nagent:\n  command: \"codex exec --sandbox workspace-write -\"\n```\n\n`ariadne run` reads `ariadne.yml`, loads YAML tasks, sends each task prompt to `agent.command` via stdin, runs configured verification commands, captures git traces, scores checks, and writes `.ariadne/runs/<timestamp>.json`.\n\n`ariadne doctor` validates config and task files, checks command executables, and detects missing package manager scripts before a run.\n\n`ariadne list` prints every run in the project, newest first, in a compact table with task IDs and short run IDs.\n\nUse explicit output modes for full details and exports:\n\n```sh\nariadne list --wide  # Full task names and JSON paths\nariadne list --csv   # Write .ariadne/runs/runs.csv\nariadne list --md    # Write .ariadne/runs/runs.md\nariadne list --json  # Write .ariadne/runs/runs.json\n```\n\n`ariadne report` reads the latest run JSON, prints a terminal summary, and writes `.ariadne/runs/latest-report.html`.\n\n## MVP checks\n\n- Agent command must exit with code 0.\n- Verification commands must pass.\n- Forbidden files must not be modified.\n- Changed files must not exceed `checks.max_changed_files`.\n- Diff lines must not exceed `checks.max_diff_lines`.\n- Forbidden command strings must not appear in logs or observed commands.\n","readmeFilename":"README.md","_rev":"1-cfb4070d42431295c8fe0f100a8c34a6"}
