Paste any URL and\nit’ll be added!\n\nA Companion instance is required for the Url plugin to work. Companion will\ndownload the files and upload them to their destination. This saves bandwidth\nfor the user (especially on mobile connections) and helps avoid CORS\nrestrictions.\n\nUppy is being developed by the folks at [Transloadit](https://transloadit.com),\na versatile file encoding service.\n\n## Example\n\n```js\nimport Uppy from '@uppy/core'\nimport Url from '@uppy/url'\n\nconst uppy = new Uppy()\nuppy.use(Url, {\n  // Options\n})\n```\n\n## Installation\n\n```bash\n$ npm install @uppy/url\n```\n\nAlternatively, you can also use this plugin in a pre-built bundle from\nTransloadit’s CDN: Edgly. In that case `Uppy` will attach itself to the global\n`window.Uppy` object.
