`MathExt.numberRow: number | string | Array<number>`\r\n\r\n### description:\r\n\r\nmakes a row of numbers\r\n\r\n### arguments:\r\n\r\n1. `end: number` | to what number should it count\r\n2. `start: number` | what number should it start with. defaults to 1.\r\n3. `step: number` | how much to increment each number. defaults to 1. affected by `start` and `end`.\r\n4. `datatype: number | string | Array<any>` | can be any number, array or string. defaults to array. determines the return type of the function.\r\n\r\n### returns:\r\n\r\na `number`, `string`, or `Array<number>` representing a row negative\r\n\r\n### returns:\r\n\r\n`true` if `i` is positive, `false` if `i` is negative\r\n\r\n### examples:\r\n\r\n```js\r\nMathExt.isPositive(77)\r\n//
