Log in to Nucleus at https://nucleus.biotrust.com\n2. Navigate to **Settings** → **API Keys**\n3. Click **Create API Key**\n4. Give it a name (e.g., \"My Claude Desktop\")\n5. Select the permissions you need (Ada, Shopify, Amazon Ads, etc.)\n6. Copy the API key (you'll only see it once!)\n7. Configure your `~/.claude/mcp.json` as shown above\n2. Restart Claude Desktop\n3. Start a new conversation\n4. No additional setup needed!\n\n## Troubleshooting\n\n### \"Failed to connect to Nucleus API\"\n\n**Cause:** Invalid API key or network issue\n\n**Solution:**\n1. Verify your API key is correct\n2. Check that you can reach https://nucleus.biotrust.com\n3. Ensure your API key hasn't expired or been revoked\n\n### \"Tool not found\"\n\n**Cause:** You don't have permission for that MCP server\n\n**Solution:**\n1. Log in to Nucleus\n2. Check your role permissions\n3. Contact your admin to request access to additional MCP servers\n\n### \"No tools available\"\n\n**Cause:** API key doesn't have MCP_CHAT_ACCESS permission\n\n**Solution:**\n1. Your API key needs at least `MCP_CHAT_ACCESS` permission\n2.
