Then open your agent CLI in that folder and run `/growth-ops` — it detects that no organization exists yet and walks you through setup conversationally.\n\nYou never run `npm` or `node` by hand: the agent does everything after `init`.\n\n## Commands\n\n| Command | What it does |\n|---------|--------------|\n| `growth-ops init` | Bare machine: clone latest release + prepare. Inside a checkout: prepare in place. |\n| `growth-ops doctor` | Health check (run inside a checkout; add `--org <id>`). |\n\nThe engine itself (modes, adapters, scripts) is not published to npm — distribution is the git clone this bootstrapper performs.
