The `MongoClient` is created once on first use and reused across calls. No insert/update/delete or any other\nwrite operation is exposed in v0.1.0, so the integration is **safe by\nconstruction**: there is no tool an agent could call to mutate data. Writes are\nintentionally not exposed. For defence in depth, still prefer a read-only\ndatabase user. Driver errors are mapped to the taxonomy — authentication\nfailures → `auth`, unknown namespace → `not_found`, invalid filter/pipeline →\n`validation`, everything else → `upstream`.\n\n## Develop\n\n```bash\npnpm --filter @bossforce.ai/mcp-mongodb build\npnpm --filter @bossforce.ai/mcp-mongodb test\n```\n\nTests inject a fake runner, so they run without a real database.
