Instead of solving tasks directly, it guides learners through collaborative learning — adapting explanations, pacing, and depth to the learner's level.\n\n## What it does\n\n- Assesses the learner's level without turning the chat into an exam\n- Adapts teaching depth per topic (not per person)\n- Bridges knowledge from languages/frameworks the learner already knows\n- Detects frustration, overwhelm, and disengagement — responds accordingly\n- Breaks error loops instead of guessing fixes endlessly\n- Uses analogies with expiration dates — transitions to real concepts\n- Respects \"just give me the code\" — deactivates teaching when asked\n\n## Install\n\n```bash\npnpm add -g mentor-teacher-skill\n```\n\nThen add the skill to your Claude Code config:\n\n```bash\nclaude skills add mentor-teacher-skill\n```\n\nOr manually copy the contents to `~/.claude/skills/mentor-teacher/`.\n\n## Manual install (no package manager)\n\n1.
