Manage work orders, dispatch technicians, log time and materials, and track job profitability — all from a Claude conversation.\n\nBuilt for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other field service businesses.\n\n## What you can do\n\n- **Work orders** — create, list, get details, update status\n- **Dispatch** — schedule jobs, view today's board by technician\n- **Time tracking** — log billable and non-billable hours per work order\n- **Materials** — log parts used with markup, get running job cost\n- **Job costing** — see labor + materials breakdown and gross margin\n- **Preventive maintenance** — list upcoming PM agreements due within N days\n\n## Requirements\n\n- A Hawk account at [hawk.business](https://hawk.business) with the Field Services plugin enabled\n- Claude Desktop (Mac or Windows)\n- Node.js 20.18.1 or later\n\n## Install\n\n### 1. Get your API key\n\nIn your Hawk dashboard go to **Settings → Integrations → Claude Desktop Plugin**, select the **Field Services** tab, and copy your **Channel API Key**.\n\n### 2.
