It is _not_ intended for use in production-grade software.**\n\nThis project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs. \n\n## Usage\n\n**Install it:**\n\n`npm install @c1ar3nc3/lotide`\n\n**Require it:**\n\n`const _ = require('@c1ar3nc3/lotide');`\n\n**Call it:**\n\n`const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]`\n\n## Documentation\n\nThe following functions are currently implemented:\n\n* `assertArraysEqual(...)`: assertion check for eqArrays\n* `assertObjectsEqual(...)`: assertion check for eqObjects\n* `assertEqual(...)`: uses strict comparison on two values\n* `countLetters(...)`: take in a string and then return a count of each of the letters in that string\n* `countOnly(...)`: takes in a collection of items and return counts for a specific subset of those items\n* `eqArrays(...)`: calls eqArrays and returns a message to console if arrays are the same\n* `eqObjects(...)`: function that can compare two arrays for a perfect match.\n* `findKey(...)`: checks if key exists in object\n* `findKeyByValue(...)`: which takes in an object and a value. It will scan the object and return the first key which contains the given value. If no key with that given value is found, then it willreturn undefined.\n* `head(...)`: returns the first element of an array\n* `letterPositions(...)`: return all the indices (zero-based positions) in the string where each character is found.\n* `map(...)`: The map function will return a new array based on the results of the callback function.\n* `middle(...)`: Returns the middle value of an array. If array is even, returns the middle two.\n* `tail(...)`: Returns an array with the first element removed\n* `takeUntil(...)`: The function will return a \"slice of the array with elements taken from the beginning.\" It will keep going until the callback/predicate returns a truthy value.\n* `without(...)`: Removes unwanted items from an array","readmeFilename":"README.md"}
