It is built to fail closed:\n\n- **Live keys are refused.** Start it with an `sk_live_` key and it exits with an\n  error. Sandbox is the default, always.\n- To operate on real funds you must explicitly set `CARDSMART_ALLOW_LIVE=true`,\n  and the server warns loudly on every start.\n- Every write is idempotent — a retried tool call can't double-charge.\n- No tool accepts a raw card number.
