It loads ONNX Runtime Web lazily, preprocesses an image with Canvas, runs a manifest-described plate model, and returns original-image coordinates.\n\nThe adapter does not ship model weights. Pass a model manifest and URL explicitly, and configure a trusted model host or local asset.\n\n`createMemoryModelCache()` and `createCacheStorageModelCache()` provide opt-in model caching.
