Default: \"csharp\"\r\n- `max_results` (number): Maximum number of results to return. Default: 200\r\n- `max_files` (number): Maximum number of files to process for aggregation. Default: 50\r\n- `presentation` (string): Output format - \"markdown\" or \"html\". Default: \"markdown\"\r\n- `context_lines` (number): Number of context lines around each match. Default: 5\r\n- `include_tests` (boolean): Whether to include test files in results.
