Run it from the root of any repo.\n\n## What it does\n\nThe CLI asks seven questions about your project:\n\n- Primary language\n- Main framework or library\n- Testing setup\n- Package manager\n- CI/CD provider\n- Workflow preferences\n- Brief project description\n\nThen it writes two files into the current directory:\n\n- **`CLAUDE.md`** — instructions for Claude Code (imports `@AGENTS.md`, behavioral rules, test discipline)\n- **`AGENTS.md`** — instructions for other AI agents (stack, workflow, conventions, done conditions)\n\nIf either file exists, you get a prompt before overwriting.\n\n## Why use this?\n\nAI coding tools work better when they know your stack, conventions, and boundaries.
