New staged runs in `feature`, `repair`,\r\n`test`, `refactor`, `harden`, and `extraction` activate it automatically\r\n(there is no flag); `greenfield`, proof-only, and older runs are unaffected.\r\nStage prompts ask the coding agent to carry each stable\r\nresponsibility ID (`RSP-NNN`) from the test strategy through the implementation,\r\ntest, and verification reports. A critical responsibility that is not carried\r\nthrough blocks the run; a noncritical gap is a visible warning. `status`,\r\n`check`, `export`, and the judge prompt show one consistent summary, and\r\n`mark` cannot bypass a blocker. No CLI command,\r\nworkflow mode, native stage, or package dependency was added.\r\n\r\n`v1.4.0` ships phase-aware readiness, explicit proof-only verification,\r\nlifecycle and trace corrections, and a dependency-free bounded Observer v0.6\r\nevidence consumer. Fresh pushed Observer v0.6 artifacts have been validated\r\nagainst the maintained consumer; no current three-repository Lab replay is\r\nclaimed.\r\n\r\n`v1.3.3` ships one common coding-agent instruction bootstrap for every\r\ngreenfield profile and the bounded fourth starter profile, `python-cli`. The\r\ncommon outputs are `agents.txt`, `claude.txt`, `AGENTS.md`, and `CLAUDE.md`;\r\nthey remain generated-project instructions rather than native run artifacts or\r\nmembers of the standardized 15-file public project-document baseline. Python\r\nsupport is limited to CLI projects and reuses the existing profile, scaffold,\r\nevidence, readiness, and generic `initial-index` architecture. The orchestrator\r\ndoes not execute Python, project commands, coding agents, or `my-dev-kit`.\r\n\r\nThe release retains `v1.3.2`'s structured greenfield artifact correction,\r\n`v1.3.1`'s standardized documentation and full-stack Next.js environment,\r\n`v1.3.0`'s profile/scaffold verification, `v1.2.3`'s run-integrity enforcement,\r\nand `v1.2.2`'s context-readiness safeguards. It requires Node.js 24 or later. The orchestrator still\r\nnever executes Docker, PostgreSQL, Prisma, or any other project command\r\nitself.\r\n\r\n## Greenfield profile and scaffold verification\r\n\r\n`v1.3.0` added shared profile and registry validation, explicit command and\r\ndocumentation contracts, exact and bounded-pattern scaffold-target\r\nexpectations with path safety, scaffold-plan and persisted-scaffold-plan\r\nvalidation, layered generated-file and verification-command evidence, and\r\nfirst-vertical-slice readiness. That architecture now applies to all four\r\ncurrent profiles. `status` and `check`/`check --all` surface the result using the\r\nexisting deterministic issue model. A run created before the validation\r\nexisted receives explicit legacy compatibility treatment rather than being\r\nretroactively failed. The v1.3.0 validation change itself added no profile,\r\nCLI command, workflow mode, or native stage, and executes no project command.\r\nSee [docs/ROADMAP.md](docs/ROADMAP.md#published-v130).\r\n\r\n## Run-integrity enforcement (v1.2.3)\r\n\r\nA one-time producer-adequacy defect let a repository-context-blocked run\r\nreach a normal `PASS` final report. `v1.2.3` closes that gap with one\r\ncanonical run-integrity decision that every readiness-sensitive command\r\nconsults instead of recomputing readiness itself:\r\n\r\n- optional evidence truncation still does not block a stage, but an actual\r\n  lost required-condition witness does, independently of general truncation;\r\n- an authored judge `Verdict: PASS` is rejected whenever canonical readiness\r\n  still requires `NEED_CONTEXT`, and routes back to the exact blocked stage\r\n  rather than clearing correction state;\r\n- a normal final report requires an accepted `PASS` verdict with no active\r\n  correction and no remaining readiness blocker -- artifact presence, a\r\n  manual `complete` mark, or an otherwise structurally valid final-report\r\n  file cannot substitute for that;\r\n- `status`, `check`, `check --all`, `prompt`, `mark`, and `export` all read\r\n  the same canonical decision, so none of them can disagree about whether a\r\n  run is ready, blocked, or eligible for a final report.\r\n\r\nLegacy runs, schema-major-1 producer evidence, `greenfield`'s exemption from\r\nrepository-context requirements, and existing correction routing for\r\nnon-context judge verdicts all remain compatible.\r\n\r\nThe current release supports seven workflow modes:\r\n\r\n- `feature`\r\n- `repair`\r\n- `test`\r\n- `refactor`\r\n- `harden`\r\n- `extraction`\r\n- `greenfield`\r\n\r\n## Workflow instruction and context readiness\r\n\r\nThe `v1.2.1` release adds a typed workflow-instruction catalog with\r\nstable workflow, stage, command, rule, and report-contract IDs. Every one of\r\nthe 79 native stages receives an exact, deterministic\r\n`WorkflowInstructionPacket` and an instruction-packet sidecar. Supplemental\r\nimplementation and test context can be supplied through fixed run files and\r\nevaluated for structure, provenance, freshness, adequacy, required-evidence\r\ntruncation, and critical test-responsibility mappings.\r\n\r\nRepository retrieval remains manual. The orchestrator does not execute `my-dev-kit`:\r\na user or coding agent must run a verified `my-dev-kit` CLI,\r\npopulate the supplemental context packet and retrieval report, and reference\r\nthe raw evidence. A context-sensitive direct-stage prompt becomes a\r\nrefresh-only prompt while required context is blocked; normal implementation\r\nor test work resumes after context readiness passes. `status`, `check`, and\r\n`export` expose the resulting readiness state, and judge review uses the\r\nexisting `NEED_CONTEXT` verdict with an exact `Recommended next stage`.\r\n\r\nCurrent source makes every refresh-required result actionable and consistent.\r\nIt selects one deterministic primary blocker, preserves ordered blocking and\r\nsupporting issue codes, and carries the primary reason, corrective action, and\r\nevidence target through prompts, `status`, `check`, verification, judge,\r\ncorrection routing, and `export`.\r\n\r\nCurrent source, as of the `v1.6.1` patch, also makes test-context readiness phase-aware so a new\r\nsubsystem with no tests yet can enter `test-implementation`. The raw `my-dev-kit` mapping stays `partially-mapped`; once the report\r\nexists, and for verification and judge, every critical responsibility must be\r\nfully mapped by a refreshed test context. The CLI records the selected profile and\r\ngenerates planning guidance; it does not generate and build an application on\r\nits own. After code exists, the `initial-index` stage guides the first\r\n`my-dev-kit` index.\r\n\r\nEvery current profile's effective scaffold contract includes four common\r\ncoding-agent instruction outputs: `agents.txt`, `claude.txt`, `AGENTS.md`, and\r\n`CLAUDE.md`. They are generated-project instructions, distinct from the\r\nstandardized 15-file public canonical project-document baseline. The orchestrator does not\r\nautonomously run coding agents, `my-dev-kit`, Observer, security validation,\r\npublishing, or release workflows.\r\n\r\nCross-tool documentation is centralized in the\r\n[ecosystem guide in my-dev-kit](https://github.com/dailephd/my-dev-kit/blob/main/docs/ECOSYSTEM_DEVELOPMENT_WORKFLOWS.md), including its [command-surface compatibility map](https://github.com/dailephd/my-dev-kit/blob/main/docs/ECOSYSTEM_DEVELOPMENT_WORKFLOWS.md#915-command-surface-compatibility-map).\r\nThe local duplicate is intentionally untracked and ignored. The guide's\r\ncontinuous full-stack recipes preserve native stage order and readiness.\r\nThey are not additional built-in modes or proof that every composition was\r\nexecuted.
