Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or any MCP client.\n\n## Quick start\n\n```bash\nnpx gdocs-to-md-mcp setup\n```\n\nThe interactive setup wizard will:\n1. Help you pick a GCP project (lists yours if you have `gcloud`)\n2. Walk you through creating OAuth credentials (opens the right page)\n3. Enable the required APIs (auto-enables via `gcloud` or gives you the link)\n4. Run the Google sign-in flow\n5. Verify everything works\n6. Auto-configure Claude Code / Cursor\n\nThat's it. One command.\n\n## Manual setup\n\nIf you prefer to set things up manually:\n\n### 1. Auth\n\n**Option A — OAuth credentials (recommended):**\n\n1. Go to [Google Cloud Console → Credentials](https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials)\n2. Create **OAuth 2.0 Client ID** → type: **Desktop app**\n3. Download JSON → save as `~/.gdocs-to-md-mcp/credentials.json`\n4. Enable **Google Docs API** and **Google Drive API**\n5. Run: `npx gdocs-to-md-mcp auth`\n\n**Option B — gcloud ADC:**\n\n```bash\ngcloud auth application-default login \\\n  --scopes=\"https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.readonly,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform\"\n```\n\n### 2.
