Basically, bring your own schema.\n\nThis repo is forked from\n        [sanity-plugin-byo-table](https://github.com/ssfbank/sanity-plugin-byo-table)\n\n## Installing\n\nInstall using the [Sanity CLI](https://www.sanity.io/docs/cli).\n\n```\nsanity install @davidpdd/sanity-plugin-byo-table\n```\n\n## Usage\n\nYou need to define the schema types yourself and refer to this plugin as an input component there:\n\n```javascript\nimport RowsInput from 'part:@davidpdd/sanity-plugin-byo-table/rows-input';\n\nexport default {\n  title: 'Table',\n  name: 'table',\n  type: 'object',\n  fields: [\n    {\n      name: 'rows',\n      type: 'array',\n      of: [\n        {\n          type: 'tableRow',\n        }\n      ],\n      inputComponent: RowsInput\n    }\n  ]\n};\n```\n\nYou can use both strings and sanity objects as cell value.\nThere are no restrictions on the naming of the schema types involved, but 'rows' need to be an array of the row object, and the row object needs to only have one field of type array.\n\nTo ease implementation you should probably just copy-paste the contents of /example-schema into your sanity repo /schema/whatever-table. Then declare those table components like you usually would.\nThe examples are not totally complete.\n\n## Migrating from sanity-plugin-table\n\nIf coming from the original fork and wanting to switch to this plugin,\nyou can do it without migrating.
