Reconnects for as long as the listener wants the station —\nprogress watchdog, two-regime backoff with upward jitter, autoplay-refusal\nhandling, Media Session bridge, flapping detection, outage episodes.\n\nPinned exactly by its consumers (`\"0.2.0\"`, no caret). Every change is a new\nversion; the tests run under a fake clock (`npm test`, Node's own runner).\n\nSource of truth for the design: `project-player-reconnect-recipe` in the Dodo\nmemory.
