Run the command:\n   ```bash\n   ascii-focus-timer\n   ```\n\n---\n\n## Keyboard Controls\n\n### 🎮 Settings Menu Mode\n- **`▲` / `▼` (Up / Down Arrow)**: Navigate between setting fields and `[ Start Timer ]`.\n- **`◀` / `▶` (Left / Right Arrow)**: Adjust setting values (Focus duration, break durations, long break cycles).\n- **`Enter`**: Trigger `[ Start Timer ]` to launch the countdown with your configurations.\n- **`Q` or `Ctrl+C`**: Quit.\n\n### ⏱️ Timer countdown Mode\n- **`Space`**: Pause / Resume the timer countdown.\n- **`S`**: Skip the current session block.\n- **`R`**: Reset the current session timer to its starting duration.\n- **`Q` or `Ctrl+C`**: Gracefully quit (restores cursor and clears terminal).\n\n---\n\n## Automated Publishing\n\nThis repository is set up with **GitHub Actions**.
