It is _not_ intended for use in production-grade software.**\n\nThis project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs. \n\n## Usage\n\n**Install it:**\n\n`npm install @username/lotide`\n\n**Require it:**\n\n`const _ = require('@username/lotide');`\n\n**Call it:**\n\n`const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]`\n\n## Documentation\n\nThe following functions are currently implemented:\n\n* `head`: retrieves the first element from the array\n* `tail`: retrieves every element except the first element of the array\n* `middle`: returns the middle element of an array\n* `assertArraysEqual`: asserts if two arrays are equals\n* `assertEqual`: asserts if two values are equals\n* `assertObjectsEqual`: asserts if two objects are equals\n* `countLetters`: returns counts of each letter of a string\n* `countOnly`: retunrn counts quantity of similar letters in a string\n* `eqArrays`: validates equality of arrays\n* `eqObjects`: validates equality of objects\n* `findKey`: searches for specific key of an object\n* `findKeyByValue`: searches for a key on an object where its value matches a given value\n* `letterPositions`: returns all the indices in the string where each character is found\n* `map`: creates a new array populated with the results of calling a provided function on every element in the calling array\n* `pigLatin`: flips the words based on famous logical game pig latin\n* `reverse`: reverses any string given\n* `takeUntil`: returns a slice of the array with elements taken from the beginning\n* `without`: return a subset of a given array, removing unwanted elements.\n\n","readmeFilename":"README.md"}
