Every `init` writes a manifest\nthat later `update` and `doctor` runs rely on. All workspace commands accept\n`--scope=workspace`; `init` implies it.\n\n### `harness init` / `harness install --scope=workspace`\n\nInstalls `repo-template/` into the target project and writes\n`.harness/manifest.json` with the installed mode, CLI version, and a content\nhash for every file the harness created.\n\n```bash\nharness init --mode enterprise --all-adapters\nharness install --scope=workspace --mode standard --adapters codex,cursor\n```\n\nBy default it never overwrites a file that already exists.
