implementations of:\n\n- Base64 Standard Encoding\n- Base64 URL Encoding\n- Base64 Standard Decoding\n- Base64 URL Decoding\n- Hex / Base16 Encoding\n- Hex / Base16 Decoding\n\nWhere decoding functions take `string`s and output a `Uint8Array`s, and encoding\nfunctions take any buffer type (`ArrayBuffer`, `Uint8Array`, other typed arrays,\nand `DataView`s) and output a `string`.\n\nThis library follows the byte order of the host, this means that typed arrays\nsuch as `Uint32Array` will be encoded in the byte order in its underlying memory\nbuffer which is host specific.
