Meld SDK License (PLACEHOLDER — pending legal review)

Copyright (c) 2026 Meld. All rights reserved.

NOTE: This is a placeholder proprietary license drafted to mirror the closed-source
terms of comparable provider SDKs. It is NOT legal advice and must be reviewed and
finalized by Meld's legal team before the package is published publicly.

1. Grant of License.
Subject to these terms, Meld grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use this software (the "SDK")
solely to integrate and use Meld's services within your own application.

2. Restrictions.
Except as expressly permitted above, you may not: (a) copy, modify, or create
derivative works of the SDK; (b) distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or
otherwise make the SDK available to any third party except as embedded in your
application's normal operation; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
SDK, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
   (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership.
The SDK is licensed, not sold. Meld and its licensors retain all right, title, and
interest in and to the SDK, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Components.
The SDK loads and interoperates with third-party provider widgets (e.g. Mercuryo,
Uphold). Your use of those components is governed by the respective provider's terms.

5. Termination.
This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop
   using and remove the SDK.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty.
THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
   PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MELD BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SDK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SDK.
