Department 7: Neurology. Located on Floor 7. Head: Dr. Elena Popov, stroke neurologist. Operating hours: 8am-5pm weekdays, on-call 24/7 for stroke alerts. Certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. Average door-to-needle time for tPA administration: 28 minutes, well below the 60-minute national target.

Department 8: Radiology. Located on Basement Level 1. Head: Dr. David Park, interventional radiologist. Operating hours: 7am-10pm daily, emergency imaging available 24/7. Equipment: 3 MRI machines (including 1 open MRI), 2 CT scanners, 4 X-ray rooms, 1 PET-CT, and 2 ultrasound suites. Processes approximately 250,000 images per year.

Department 9: Pathology & Laboratory. Located on Basement Level 2. Head: Dr. Linda Frost, clinical pathologist. Open 24/7 for stat labs. Turnaround time targets: stat CBC — 30 minutes, routine chemistry panel — 2 hours, histology — 48 hours. The lab is CAP-accredited and processes 1.8 million tests per year.

Department 10: Psychiatry. Located on Floor 8 (secured unit). Head: Dr. Michael Chen, addiction psychiatrist. Operating hours: inpatient 24/7, outpatient clinic 9am-4pm weekdays. Has a 24-bed acute psychiatric unit and a 6-bed detox unit. Provides telepsychiatry services to 3 rural partner clinics within a 100-mile radius.
