Use Anthropic's 1-hour extended cache tier instead of the default 5 minutes.
Normalize dates and env blocks in the system prompt so the cache survives day boundaries.
Switch to a 15-45 minute ping cadence. Pairs with the 1-hour cache tier to cut ping cost ~6-12×.

Compress outgoing requests and convert streaming to single responses. Cuts radio-on time on tethered links.

Resume Claude automatically once a rate-limit cap clears. Only fires under clawback claude (PTY mode).
