Option 1 – Platform Tools (Recommended)

        
1. Download Android Platform Tools

        
2. Extract to C:\platform-tools\

        
3. Add to PATH or set the path above

        

        
Option 2 – Enable Developer Mode on Phone

        
1. Settings → About Phone → tap Build Number 7 times

        
2. Settings → Developer Options → Enable USB Debugging
