Ask it to check your PC,\n  run commands, or answer questions. It has real shell access to the host.\n- **Outbound** — Claude can call *you* when it needs a decision, then talk it\n  through. Available over HTTP or as an [MCP tool](docs/MCP-SERVER.md).\n\nEverything speech-related is **local and free**. The only paid piece is the\nClaude Code CLI itself.\n\n## Prerequisites\n\nManual, one time:\n\n- **Docker Desktop** (WSL2 backend on Windows)\n- **Claude Code CLI**, logged in — `claude --version`\n- **Node.js 18+** on the host, for `claude-api-server`\n- A **SIP extension** on 3CX (or any SIP PBX)\n- **3CX Session Border Controller (SBC)** installed on this PC — required\n  unless this machine is already on the same LAN as your 3CX PBX with no\n  NAT/firewall in between. Most setups need it. `claude-phone setup` detects\n  it automatically and configures around it (moves drachtio to port 5070 to\n  avoid the SBC's port 5060). That\nmeans **no prompts, all tools, full access to this PC as your user**, with your\nnormal `~/.claude` config.
