This License applies to all first-party applications, packages, tools, scripts,
documentation, and assets in this repository unless a file or adjacent notice
identifies material as a Third-Party Component under a different license.

This license is a source-available license. It is not an Open Source license as
defined by the Open Source Initiative and must not be represented as OSI
Approved, Open Source, or Free Software.

By exercising any permission granted below, You accept and agree to be bound by
this License.

1. Definitions

"Affiliate" means an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled
by, or is under common control with another entity. "Control" means ownership of
more than fifty percent of the voting interests, the power to appoint a majority
of the governing body, or the practical power to direct management and policies.

"Commercial Use" means use that is intended for, supports, or is reasonably
expected to produce commercial advantage, operational advantage, or monetary
compensation for You or another person. It includes internal business use,
production use, use in research and development for a commercial business,
customer delivery, consulting, integration, managed services, software as a
service, hosted access, paid training, and use in manufacturing or operations.

"Covered Product" means the Software, a modification or derivative work of the
Software, or a product or service that embeds, links to, incorporates, or is
specifically adapted to operate with a substantial portion of the Software.
Independent software that communicates with the Software only through a
documented, general-purpose network protocol or command-line interface is not a
Covered Product solely because of that communication.

"Organization" means any corporation, company, partnership, institution,
government body, nonprofit body, or other legal entity, together with its
Affiliates.

"ILO Fundamental Rights" means the principles stated in the International
Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work,
adopted in 1998 and amended in 2022, as published by the ILO at
https://www.ilo.org/topics-and-sectors/fundamental-principles-and-rights-work:
freedom of association and effective recognition of collective bargaining; the
elimination of forced or compulsory labor; the effective abolition of child
labor; elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation; and a safe
and healthy working environment.

"Covered Misconduct" means that an Organization does one or more of the
following:

  a. fails to pay wages, bonuses, performance compensation, overtime, employer
social-insurance contributions, or mandatory benefits fully and on time as
     required by law, contract, or an announced compensation policy;

  b. uses forced labor, coercion, threats, document confiscation, retaliation,
unlawful discrimination or harassment, child labor, or unsafe working
     conditions, or violates the ILO Fundamental Rights;

  c. unlawfully collects workers' or users' personal information, or violates
     employment, workplace-safety, privacy, data-protection, or
     consumer-protection law;

  d. exploits users through deception, coercion, hidden or unauthorized charges,
knowingly unsafe products or services, misuse of personal data, or denial
of remedies required by law; or

  e. 视用户为韭菜，视员工为家奴

"Licensor" means each copyright holder that licenses a contribution to the
Software under this License.

"Restricted Organization" means an Organization that engages in Covered
Misconduct during any part of the relevant use.

"Restricted Use" means use by, for, under contract with, or primarily for the
benefit of a Restricted Organization, including use through an employee,
contractor, agent, supplier, customer, intermediary, or other third party.

"Software" means the source code, object code, documentation, and original assets
distributed with this License, excluding Third-Party Components.

"Third-Party Components" means material identified in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md or
otherwise accompanied by a different license. Those components remain governed
only by their respective licenses.

"You" means the individual or legal entity exercising permissions under this
License.

2. General Copyright and Patent Grant

Subject to this License, each Licensor grants You a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free copyright license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative
works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute the Software in
source or object form, and to permit recipients to exercise those rights under
this License.

Each Licensor also grants You a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free patent
license under patent claims that the Licensor can license and that are
necessarily infringed by its contribution alone or by combination of its
contribution with the Software. This patent license terminates for a party that
institutes patent litigation alleging that the Software or a contribution to it
infringes a patent.

3. Users Outside the Restricted Scope

If You are not a Restricted Organization and the use is not Restricted Use, You
may exercise the permissions in Section 2 for any purpose, including Commercial
Use. You are not required to publish Your modifications or source code.
Distribution remains subject to the notice requirements in Section 5.

For clarity, an Organization that does not engage in Covered Misconduct is
outside the restricted scope and receives the same rights as every other
unrestricted user.

4. Prohibited Use

A Restricted Organization may not use, copy, modify, distribute, deploy, access,
evaluate, test, research, or otherwise exercise any permission under this
License. No person may make Restricted Use on its behalf or for its benefit.
Publishing source code, paying a fee, using an Affiliate or contractor, or
structuring the use through another person creates no exception.

5. Distribution and Notices

When You distribute the Software or a Covered Product, You must:

  a. provide a copy of this License;
  b. retain copyright, attribution, patent, trademark, and license notices;
  c. state that You changed the Software if You distribute a modified version;
  d. identify the source location of the version distributed when source is made
     available; and
  e. comply with all applicable Third-Party Component licenses.

You may apply additional terms to Your own material only if those terms do not
purport to remove or weaken the rights and conditions that apply to the Software
under this License.

6. Contributions

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, any intentionally
submitted contribution accepted into the Software is licensed under this License
by its copyright holder. No contribution transfers copyright ownership by
itself.

7. Trademarks

This License does not grant permission to use names, logos, service marks, or
trademarks of Deep Monkey Studio or any Licensor, except as reasonably necessary
to describe the origin of the Software and reproduce required notices.

8. Compliance and Termination

Your rights terminate automatically when You violate this License. If this is
Your first violation and You cure it completely within thirty days after You
discover it or receive notice, Your rights are reinstated automatically as of the
date of cure. A Licensor may provide a different reinstatement in writing.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 7,
9, 10, and 11, survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. YOU BEAR ALL RISK ARISING FROM USE
OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO LICENSOR OR CONTRIBUTOR WILL BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENSE, UNDER ANY
LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

11. Interpretation

If a provision of this License is unenforceable, it will be reformed only to the
minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver is effective unless written by the relevant Licensor. Headings are for
convenience only.

The complete permissions and conditions are stated in this English text. Any
