TypeScript compiles it, `oxlint` passes, and the PR reads as a small change. The error channel is a property of the whole program, so a check that looks at one expression at a time has nothing to complain about.\n\neffect-analyzer parses your source with [ts-morph](https://ts-morph.com/) and the TypeScript type checker, builds a typed IR of every program it finds, and compares that IR against the version you approved last. Your agent consumes the JSON and the prioritized backlog. A definition stored in a `const` and implemented by more\nthan one `.handle({...})` yields one machine per implementation.\n\nA nested state tree becomes dotted paths (`workspace.document.Clean`) that nest\nin the diagrams and the exported config, and a `type: 'parallel'` node enters\nevery region. What it adds is the analyzer's\nown AST rules in the same stream, and a `source` field (`tsgo` or `analyzer`)\non every JSON entry — alongside the `377xxx` `code` — so a consumer can tell an\nEffect advisory from one of our rules, and both from a compiler error. Analyzer\nrules carry `code: 0`, outside the Effect range. `--no-analyzer` reports only\nthe language service; `--fail-on=none` makes a run advisory.\n\nConfiguration is read by `@effect/tsgo` itself from the\n`@effect/language-service` plugin entry in your tsconfig — the same entry your\neditor uses — so configured severities are honoured exactly and nothing is\nsynthesised on your behalf. Do not set\n`inPlace: true`: that rewrites the real source files and restores them at the\nend, so an interrupted run leaves the tree full of instrumentation and\n`// @ts-nocheck`, taking any uncommitted edits with it.\n`pnpm test:mutation-sandbox` is the regression test for that, and fails if a\nrun rewrites tracked source, fails to restore it, or leaves `stryker-setup-*.js`\nbehind.\n\n**Why `tsconfigFile` names a file that does not exist.** Stryker's\n`TSConfigPreprocessor` rewrites relative paths in the tsconfig when it copies\nthe project into the sandbox, and calls `ts.parseConfigFileTextToJson` to do it.\nThis package is on TypeScript 7, whose main entry point exports only\n`{ version, versionMajorMinor }` — the classic JS compiler API moved to\n`typescript/unstable/*` — so the preprocessor dies with:\n\n```\nTypeError: ts.parseConfigFileTextToJson is not a function\n```\n\nPointing `tsconfigFile` at `.stryker-no-tsconfig.json`, which is deliberately\nabsent, makes Stryker skip the preprocessor. Nothing in a mutation run\ntype-checks, so there is nothing to lose. **Do not \"fix\" this to a real\ntsconfig** — that reintroduces the crash.
